Using the UYAP Precedent Search
The public UYAP search service provides criteria such as keyword, judicial unit, file and decision numbers, date and sorting. Search terms can combine legal concepts, statutory references and distinctive factual elements.
What a similar decision means
A similar decision may be relevant to legal research but does not determine the outcome of a different matter by itself. The issuing body, date, factual background, legislative changes and more recent case law should be considered together.
